Ann Osgood: I have a nice full gain leather couch, but shows scratches. This conditioner fixes them up. Rub on, buff off.

DudeFromDenver: I've been using this stuff for about 7 years - bought originally for a leather briefcase from Saddleback. About every 8-12 months, I rub in a generous amount of this stuff (a couple teaspoons for the whole bag) and it just spreads out and with a bit of rubbing it soaks right in. Not much darkening of the leather. Doesn't make the leather feel greasy afterwards, either. I just got a new satchel from Satchel & Page and it was packed with a couple desiccant packets, and boy was this bag dry and stiff. I rubbed in about 4 applications over a couple days and that new bag is decently flexible now - no greasy or oily feeling to the touch, either. That was one thirsty bag. I've been using Leather Milk on my holsters, leather sheaths for knives and my nicer leather wallets, too. Continually great results. It does need to be re-applied at least every year or so to maintain that moisturization, though. at least in my (admittedly dry) climate.

TOMMY M: Great conditioner, had a stiff piece of leather that needed to be tamed down because it was too stiff. Chamberlain's Leather Milk all-natural Leather Care did the job big time 100%.

Florobbie: This is good stuff; I have used it on shoes/boots; the leather absorbs the liquid well and feels supple afterwards, though it remains to be seen if shoes that should be polished come up with a nice shine. Particularly good on deck-shoes and shoes that are not normally polished. (e.g. leather trainers). Yet to try it on my leather jacket.

Sunny: I had purchased the Chamberlain's Leather Milk for conditioning my Leather jacket after reading the positive reviews.
After applying the lotion, the colour & finish of my jacket changed significantly & the look / feel is really terrible.
My expensive Leather Jacket is almost ruined.
Please be careful before you use this product. Please make sure it is the right product for your Jacket.
It might be a very good product (that's what the other reviews say) but if it is not the right product for your jacket (or any other leather object), it can cause a lot of damage.

C.Hink: I received my bottle of Leather milk No1 last week and am pretty amazed at the results.
I used about a 1/2 of the bottle cleaning a couple of leather bags and a leather jacket I hadn't worn for a while. It didn't take as long as I thought.
One of the reasons i purchased this product was that it contained natural ingredients and didn't use any chemicals. I also read plenty of enthusiastic reviews on Amazon in America where people seem to go mad for it.
The smell was a complete shock - It smelled just like marzipan.
I would suggest being careful when you pour it from the bottle as it does come out quite quick. i found it best to pour a little onto the pad before rubbing it in.
But the results were really impressive. both bags and jacket now feel much softer and more supple. Some f the cracked bits seem to have disappeared too. I was not expecting so much dirt would come out of the leather either - which only goes to show I should have been cleaning them a bit more often!
I really recommend Leather Milk. Great product.

rOmP: There isn't more that can be said about this product that other reviewers haven't already said... except that this stuff is MAGIC. Scratches on my leather disappear after application. Even my favorite scratches. Yes, I have favorites. And I'm sure for those of you who love leather, you do too. You know the ones I'm talking about? The ones that you keep inspecting after you get them? Yeah, those. You probably don't call them "favorites," but why then, do you keep checking up on them as if they were a 'favorite' sick friend?
When I first started using it, I was somewhat doubtful. I have some very light colored leather products, and I was somewhat anxious about them getting stained a darker shade. Nevertheless, I took a chance, and put copious amounts of this magic liquid all over my light colored leathers (Tobacco Brown from Saddleback if anyone's curious). I figured that if I could get an even coating all around, I'd be 'ok' with it being a little darker. maybe.
EDIT: Please do note that your lighter colored leathers may still darken regardless as they age, either from frequency of use (and the oils in your skin), or just being brought out in the sun! This patina is...

Samantha Trobough: I used this in conjunction with their balm to ease some deep scratches on my Chanel bag. They weren't removed completely but their appearance was significantly lessened. I like that it comes with the cleaning/buffing pad, too.
