ŻG: Sprzęt mechanicznie wypada jak odpustowa zabawka. Pokrętło ostrości w temperaturach pokojowych działa wyjątkowo opornie a w przypadku użytkowania zewnętrznego kiedy temperatura spadnie w okolice 5 stopni nie da się tego używać/kręcić. Z kolei ustawienie dioptrii samoczynnie się przestawia podczas zwykłego użytkowania lornetki. Wizualnie trochę lepiej ale w dalszym ciągu poniżej oczekiwań. Pierwsza lepsza lornetka svbony bije tego celestrona praktycznie w każdym aspekcie. Ostrość centralna jest mocno średnia, lornetka 10x42 w budżecie poniżej 300 zł pokazuje więcej detalu od tytułowego celestrona. Ostrość brzegowa szybko spada, obraz jest zażółcony niczym z radzieckich lornetek BPC. Zadowoleni mogą być jedynie Ci którzy nigdy wcześniej nie używali lornetki z średnio-niskiej półki, a i budżetowe znajdą się o wiele lepsze. Radzę z ograniczonym zaufaniem podchodzić do pozytywnych ocen tej lornetki.

Azeem SiddiquiAzeem Siddiqui: I bought the used one with good price CAD 90 + Tax, I'm actually very happy with the purchase. It is almost new, no scratch even minor ones. View is very clear, very powerful zoom, in daytime you can view very far and things are much clear. I mostly use in night time for stars and moon.

Last week, visited the dark sky site and saw the beautiful sky with full of stars with naked eye and once I used this binocular then I and my kids were really amazed. We also saw the Jupiter and its 4 or 5 shining moons and also saw the Saturn with its rings.

Last night, viewed the Super Blue Moon (August 30, 2023) from my balcony and moon was really brighter and clear from the binocular, I never saw the moon that much brighter and clear live from my eyes. I also captured the pictures from my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE phone camera through the eyepiece of binocular and pictures are attached but not that clear as it was directly from binocular but still I love these pictures. I had to take these pictures via PRO mode with different ISO, Aperture and White Balance settings hence moon colors are different.

ClaudioClaudio: A ótica é muito boa para observação do céu. É preciso acoplar o binóculos a um tripé, mas vale à pena. A observação da lua vai deixar você de queixo caído. Estou acostumado com fotografia e nunca tinha visto tantos detalhes. A lua com crateras grandes e pequenas, linhas e um relevo sensacional! Apontando para o céu limpo você vai ver mais estrelas do que podia imaginar com nenhuma distorção. Imagem clara e limpa.
Ótica muito boa com pequena distorção esférica (nas bordas), mas nada que incomode (mesmo) e uma pequena distorção cromatica (muito pouco mesmo) - o que é esperado a não ser qur você pague mil dólares por um binóculo profissional ou telescópio. Isso em um binoculo de 695,00. Consegui ver estrelas binárias! (Acrux). Vale muito à pena!

Stardazer: I purchased the 15x70 Celestron Skymaster Binoculars primarily for casual astronomical viewing. Most of my remarks and observations center around using them for deep sky scans.

First, the basic stats:

Magnification: 15 power (50% greater than 10x50's)

Objective size: 70mm (equivalent light gathering power twice that of a 50mm binocular)

Field of view is 4.4 degrees or 230 ft. at 1000 yards

A surprising near focus of a mere 43 ft.--exceptional for this type of binocular.

Eye Relief: 18mm so one can wear eyeglasses--providing the rubber eyecups are folded down

Exit pupil is 4.67mm (only .33mm less than 10x50's at 5mm)

Other stats: Center focused; BAK-4 prisms, Porro design; Multi coated (but not fully multicoated) optics; Tripod adapter included an extra value (3 ½ inch vertical clearance). Case with strap--the latter the weakest part of the whole package.

David C. Gulliver: First off, I have 4 children, who are just as fascinated with the stars, moon & planets as I am. So, it all started with a $29.99  Meade 20218 NG-70SM 70MM Altazimuth Refractor Telescope , in a 'last chance' 1/2 off sale at a 'fancy' chain gadget store. One full moon later, and the sudden realization that there aren't enough eyepieces for eyes who want to see changed everything. One beginner 'scope wasn't enough-so, I ordered another directly from Meade AZ70-A (identical optics, but even lower tech than the 'firesale' purchase). Great addition, as it 'had' everything that the original scope didn't, but- still too many frustrated viewers, and not enough views to go around fast enough!

New tactics: Binoculars will work! I ordered up a variety of sizes (and quality) and now I have a pretty good idea of why these Celstron SkyMaster 15x70's are the clear winner for us. Great optics, easy to use, 'smallest' of SuperGiant binoculars (easy to hold, view & can be left around your neck for a little while without chaffing).
