jpuli: The book is quite tiny but has inner bigness. Good prompts help you get you going and get creative. These have been so well received. My husband keeps his by his work laptop as it makes him smile when work isn't.

Haley: I purchased this as a gift from my six year old son to his grandmother. I helped him fill it out, but he did all the writing/coming up with the answers.

The book itself was small and cute, but the questions themselves got very repetitive, and my son lost interest about halfway through after answering the same question worded differently multiple times. There are only so many different ways you can reword the question "you are awesome because....." There were a few creative questions which were fun, but the rest were all just versions on the same question. I would've liked to see more creative, unique questions. It also would've been nice if they had left a little more room for the answers as well, as I found we had to write in the margins on many pages and it would've been fun to have room to draw pictures.

That being said, his grandmother really loved it and it was more personal than giving flowers or chocolate.

Spencer13: I love this book, and am going to give it to my partner for our anniversary. The concept is great, and I really enjoyed filling it in for them to read later. My only issue is that it is so tiny (4.5 inches × 3.25 inches) and cost $13.99. I would say, for the 50 pages you get, that it would be worth about $8.99, or so. At any rate, I suppose with inflation, everything goes up, but I was disappointed to see it was so tiny for the price. I would suggest you try to find it on sale if possible, but if you're well-off and want a cute gift, this is perfect.

Amazon Customer: I failed to look at how big this book is, because the advertisement made it look like a decent size. It fooled me so just be sure to read the description. It could be okay for some, but not for others.

prisrob: Oh, how I love this Love Journal. I purchased three for Christmas gifts for my grandchildren.

These are little books that contain fill in the blank to describe the person receiv8ng the book. The journal has a statement, and you fill it in to represent what you want to say about that person. Most of the statements have awesome in it, and I find that repetitious, but my grandchildren will love it. This is a very personal gift for you to give. May grandchildren have such beautiful traits, and this is one way to show them with words what you think of their amazing selves.

Some examples of the statements are:
1. I wish I was as amazing at as you are.
2. It’s amazing how you believe in.
3. If you were an animal you would be..
4. I am eternally grateful that you...

This is a hardcover book 4.5 × 3.25 Inches, 112 pages. Whoever receives this will treasure it forever.

Rose: Cute tiny book. I gave it to my best friend and she really liked it.
The only problem I had with this book was that it was quite repetitive, many pages and fillings that practically meant the same thing... Would've wanted a few blank pages so you could really use your imagination and maybe be more deep with your answers. But of fourse you are free to use your imagination during any page.
+ it's really tiny, easy to carry around in your bag. 50 fillings for you to describe your friend/family/lover.
+ it makes a good, thoughtful present
+ you can go personal or humorous with your answers, or both.

- repetitive. It seems like the authors want or expect you to only describe your friend/family/lover
as awesome. Use your imagination and you'll be fine.
