NaNa: I'm 5'5 sometimes I have to level up to the next height for the crutches to go directly under my armpits, works well just keep in mind that you need to tighten the hand grips every now and then.

JoJo: The underarm support pad material would catch and bind my armpit making me unstable close to falling. I had a car accident many years at that time they were using wooden crutches the wood would slide under my armpit withno resistance making it much safer than this crutches . If you’re wearing a housecoat cause your home it would be impossible to use this crutches because of the resistance. I never have a problem with my wooden crutches years ago.

Craiger: I don't use the crutches to get around. I have lower back trouble and I use them every night before bed to decompress my spine in the lumbar area. Lean against a wall, support myself with my arms, not my arm pits, take my weight off my legs, relax my back, especially the lower back in the lumbar area, and let my weight stretch my spine. Only do this for about one minute. Good as a chiropractor, which I often use. 83 parachute drops in the Army have taken their toll.

Lena: Easy to adjust. Much lighter than the old wooden crutches. The only reason for four stars is that I wish there was more padding on the hand grips. My hands are very sore with fairly light use.
