Campros 12-Person Camping Tent: Enjoy the Outdoors in Comfort and Style

SamSam: Took this tent to camp in for a few days in Palo Duro Canyon and we experienced both high winds and rains. For the price point, I’d say it’s a pretty good tent! We stayed dry all night and during the wind the entire tent would shake pretty violently, but everything stayed intact. I’d be hesitant to add 12 people in here, but it was pretty spacious. Im 5’8 and could stand without my head hitting the top. It was also pretty quick and easy to assemble, and wasn’t too heavy.

My only complaint is the bag is camp is too small, once you get everything out you are not going to get it back in very easily. Our zipper broke off the bag pretty quickly too, so I just ordered a larger, more durable duffel bag to pack it all away in.

SamSam: So, I bought this tent because it looked spacious and we work at a renaissance festival so camping is our go to for living there on the weekends. It stayed up for 4 months, the first two it was a constant tear down and set up and it was so easy and we fit a queen airmatress and a twin and still had room to walk around. Then it stayed up for 2 months, rain, wind, bugs, and sun. It stayed and it never got any leaks nor bugs on the inside, I never had any complaints about the tent and it did amazing and we still get to use it next year! Lovely tent very happy.

jocelynjocelyn: Lots and lots of room! We fit 5 cots and a big dog crate inside and still had so much room!
So easy to set up and take down which is a plus with having 3 little ones running around!

John A. Keller: Very pleased with this tent. It’s large and roomy. Although it can hold up to 12 persons if each person uses sleeping bags, it is better suited for large families. We put one tall queen air bed (20”high) in the center, and four tall twin beds (18”high) on the sides (2 on either side). It was perfect for a family of 6.

We were very pleased that the tent remained dry during a 3 day “Labor Day” weekend outing, even though it rained extremely hard for many hours on two different occasions that weekend.

It is recommended that three people put the tent up, but my wife and I easily put it up ourselves. Maybe one person could do it, but I highly doubt it!

Besides being water resistant, the tent is very well constructed. The seams and zippers for opening and closing the entry door are sturdy and well made.

The tent comes with a one year warranty. That is much better than any other tents we’ve owned. There was a “manufactured defect” that caused us some grief, but the customer service representative responded very quickly, (less than a week), by sending us a replacement tent. We could have easily returned the tent to Amazon for a full refund, but...

JD: This is an awesome and extremely spacious tent, and even fits our very large air mattress with a headboard. which is significantly larger than the average inflatable mattress bed! This tent has the room to make even the largest air mattress seem puny! Plus easy to set up and take down, divider panels for privacy should you need it. And on top of that it doesn’t take up much more room than our old, and FAR less spacious tent. The only thing lacking is more built in storage pockets for organizing gear and overhead storage for lamps etc., but since there’s enough room inside to set a card table and chairs, I guess I’ll make do! Loving our new XL tent!
