L'Marie: These worked fine on my hairy little dog. They are not very quiet but it wasn't too bad for her until we got closer to her face and ears.
Great price for what you get. I like that it has multiple guards and accessories.

Penny C: It would be awesome to replaceable blade and perhaps a split blade style for curly haired dogs. the plastic guides do absolutely nothing for my dog's coat.
It holds a charge well and is super easy to use.

MEM000: the thinning scissors that came with it are awful. Don't work at all - the two sides don't even meet to cut anything. But, overall I did purchase just for the clippers at a reasonable cost, so not too disappointed.

Majestic Mama: I like that it came with extra accessories(metal comb, thinning shears, and cutting shears). Me personally could’ve done without those if this would’ve added to the quality of the the clippers. The clippers isn’t as sharp as they should be even at it’s lowest setting when cleaning my puppy paws it didn’t do a great job. When trimming my puppy coat with the guard on it consistently snagged the coat causing my puppy pain. So often that I decided to do the job using the shears provided. Then I went back in with the clippers. This shouldn’t have happened because my puppy coat was clean and detangled. I actually blew my poodle hair straight as I was going for the usual poodle look. Due to the clippers not working as they should my puppy ended up getting a low cut that’s nothing close to what I had hoped to accomplish. So I am a little dissatisfied. Sure his fur will grow back but it’ll also take time. Until then I’m going to invest in a better set of clippers. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re going for a designer cut.
