CJM: I bought this to hard wire my TV to the router. The wifi was weak in the room where we have the TV. This works great. No more wagon wheel and downgrade to 480p while streaming. Always buy the cable a little longer than you think you need.

Jon-Paul Jones (vcanuck1): I don't do gaming I use it for personal use or for work. I have had no problem with the cable but I don't have it under anything that is pinching points. I have 2 of these cables for separate laptops
