Max: Ich habe mir den Adapter gekauft, um einen Raspberry-Pi an einen älteren Monitor mit VGA-Anschluss anzuschließen und der Adapter hat mich voll und ganz überzeugt.
Das übertragene Bild ist klar und es sind keine Bildprobleme oder Ausgangsverzögerungen zu erkennen.
Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig und man hat nicht das Gefühl, nur ein Stück Plastik in der Hand zu halten (wie es bei anderen VGA-Adaptern der Fall ist).
Außerdem ermöglichen es die Schraublöcher das VGA-Kabel am Adapter zu fixieren, sodass dieses nicht herausrutschen kann (auch das ist nicht bei allen VGA-Adaptern selbstverständlich).
Alles in allem also ein absolut empfehlenswerter Adapter.

Antti Öhman: I have been using this adapter with Raspberry Pi 4 8GB which runs ESXi and my old HP 4:3 monitor which I have been using as "installation" monitor or access my servers if I wasn't be able to reach them remotely. I didn't want to get a new monitor with DP just for this purpose so I decided to give a shot for this adapter and I have to so I was surprised that the adapter works. As this only costs approx. 14€ and the adapter works I can say it's a good investment if you have same use case as I do.

williams familywilliams family: Another cable that was a mini hdmi to vga made my monitor have an input not supported error. This was plug and play. It looks great and works great!

Luis Antonio: I have been using this adapter to leverage my new Raspberry Pi and connect it to my home monitor and I have been successfully able to use it. However, sometimes it doesn't work and I have to restart my computer, only to find that everything was properly setup. Better quality on the material and outlet would have made this review a 5 star

Amazon Customer: I bought this adapter to connect my Asus laptop to an old Dell Monitor. The Cable worked well for several months but then the connection began to skip and it became so unreliable that I had to request another cable through their 1 year warranty. The new cable is working well so far. It is a good product for the price and I was impressed that Cable Matters came through on the 1 year warranty.

B. Bergman: Almost all of the similar cables sold in the aftermarket seem to have problems of one sort or another with the Microsoft Surface RT tablet. This one seemed to have more positive comments, so I took a chance. Upon arriving, I plugged it in to my external monitor and nothing. I was disappointed. Then I spotted the extension USB cable and actually took the time to read the two-page instructions that came with it. It said to try connecting to a powered USB port if nothing worked without it. I did (actually, I used both a port on my iMac and then later the Surface RT USB port as well). Once I connected that, everything came up perfect! I just tried it at work on a flat screen TV and a NEC projector, and both work perfectly. As long as you can power the cable via USB, this works superb with the Surface RT. I am VERY happy that I didn't have to pay ridiculous amounts for a manufacturer cable. Really great product!

Dawn Harvey: Bought this to see if it would work with Samsung Ativ 500t. It works like a champ and is half the price of the samsung one. Only issue I had was playing a video when it was connected. I couldn't get sound out of headjack. Seems when you plug this in (being micro hdmi interface to Ativ) the machine tries to send audio through the cable. Well since it is a VGA output, the audio won't work. All you have to do to solve the problem is go to "Sound" under control panel and choose the regular output and not the VGA cable. Once I did that I had sound and video. I will be using this and the Ativ to teach a class this semester. Together these beat the iPad and Galaxy Note 10.1. iPad handwriting is bad compared to Wacom display and Galaxy Note 10.1 needs a power source to display to projector. The Ativ allows you to use Wacom tablet and also doesn't require a power source to display on projector. Finally an class teaching tablet for displaying via projector.
