Well, the smell isn’t wonderful, but not horrible. Left my dogs coat nice and soft but be warned it does not make suds. Bubbles are created by an additive since this is a natural product it doesn’t have it, so most people will find it hard to spread around since there is no lather.

This is the best shampoo we have found for our Bichon. He always has a skin issue since we bought him home, so he's itchy all the time.
This shampoo doesn't have too much smell, so you know it's not heavy on chemical. It's really easy to clean our Bichon you just have to squeeze some of this shampoo on him and give him a quick wash and his hair is clean and super soft. Now he doesn't have a itching problem anymore.

So I’m not exactly sure if it’s supposed to look like this, but all four bottles that I received look like they were watered down even when I gave the dogs a bath no foam no bubbles anything was coming out it was just like water down shampoo.

Not a strong smell but it’s hypoallergenic so I’m not surprised. Very watery so it slides down the dog quickly but it lathers and cleans adequately. I don’t think I will buy another bottle til I try something else. I’m not dissatisfied but maybe there’s something different or possibly better. I do think it’s worth the low cost I paid though!
