Mik Rhab: and I have tried them ALL (Boudreaux's Butt Paste, A&D, A&D cream, 7th Generation, Desitin, the Honest Company, and I'm sure more that I cannot think of right now). This stuff is FABULOUS. It's the only kind that can cure my son's diaper rashes that flare up with his icky teething-diapers...poor guy. It is super thick and creamy. Some have mentioned the oil that can pour out during the first few times of use...I just massage the tube before using and this seems to incorporate the oils again. This is just natural separation of the oils from the cream. Not only does this stuff smell AMAZING (Burt's Bees Baby Bee single-handedly turned me into a lavender-scent-lover...Hated the smell before) but it STAYS on his butt until the next changing!!! This is awesome because it means the diaper doesn't just rub it off. Knowing how sore his butt looks sometimes, this makes me feel like I might be taking away some of the discomfort. In fact, he became a totally pain in the butt (pun intended) during diaper changes: fighting me SO HARD that I dreaded changing him...this made them so much easier because I think he is less sore!! BAGELSWITHAZ911: I have tried dozens of diaper creams. This was a fluke that I decided to try based on the great reviews.

Pros:
--It smells heavenly. You can definitely smell the lavender (?) essential oils. It just smells SO good.

--It WORKS. My baby came home from the NICU with a killer diaper rash and even my Holy Grail Calmoseptine wouldn't fix it. So I tried this and it worked in a matter of 24 hours.

--No menthol means it doesn't sting when you apply it.

If you are needing a diaper rash cream for a rash that is painful for your little one, try this. My title says "tied" because I have decided it is a tie between this cream and Calmoseptine. Both work great, but this one is more gentle and still works just as good without all the menthol. Yeast rash is another story and will probably only be fixed by some sort of anti-fungal (think Athlete's Foot) so please do not complain about this diaper cream if your baby has a yeasty rash. There is a huge difference.

Cons:
--Wish it was a little cheaper! I guess you get what you pay for.

Roxstaro: I love this cream. My fingers hate them. But my baby rules.

Before I discovered BB's I was a firm believer of Triple Paste and Bordeaux Butt Paste. Since discovering this product, I am sticking with it. It is petrochemical free (both TP and Broudeaux has petrolatum - in fact, TP's main ingredient is petrolatum). It is also paraben free which IMHO should be completely banned especially from baby products (check out the ingredients on Destitin and other major brands).

This cream rocks because it smells good but most of all, it is both emollient and comes on thickly at the same time. This is how a good diaper rash cream should work -- it should be thick enough where it acts as a real difficult-to-liquify protective barrier to pee and poop - the third ingredient in this cream is beeswax and that's probably why. My trouble with alot of the creams out there is it is so easy to wipe off with liquid. That includes Broudeaux. yet it is emollient enough where I can glide it on easily - the first ingredient is Almond Oil.

This cream is also Zinc Oxide heavy - it is the 2nd ingredient. Zinc Oxide is antibacterial and does not absorb into skin. Other ingredients include...
