Anthony W. Ramion: The ratcheting function is fantastic. The quality seems to be really nice. I also like the mechanics of the buckle. A lot of the other manufacturers have a lever to release the belt. I prefer this one. You just pull back on the buckle itself. I have been attaching a tool pouch to it at work as well as a firearm holster in my free time. Neither of those have marred or damaged the leather on the belt, which I was worried about. I'm really, really happy with it so far. I've been using it daily for over a month and I plan on getting at least one more. Highly recommend.

Fables: 10/31 it just arrived but I’ll update as I can and use it.
But so far it fits and works as it should and appears built to last. And the leather is good and firm, clip works as expected, releases easy and appears to be durable as expected and wanted. And I won’t have to trim it as of right now.

Update-11/6 about a week from when I bought it, I found out the latch/buckle is opposite of the direction I expected. So you have to put the belt on backwards. Down the right side first so the buckle is facing the right direction to release and latch. not the left side like a usual leather belt. Still good so far but it’s the first day I’ve used it.

Joseph B.: I have been looking for a belt that I can wear everyday; and this search spanned the cheap to the extreme. Finding this belt is perfect. The stiching of the leather is top notch, the leather looks and feels solid and the buckle much heftier than I thought it would be. I purchased the belt extra long and cut it to size. This was easy enough, I removed the "fixed" end of the belt from the buckle, inserted the "free" end of the belt into the buckle (middle of the ratchet track), then rapped the belt around my waist and noted the point the buckle would naturally be located. I cut the leather a inch or so long (to fine tune the length). the reattched the "fixed" end of the belt into the buckle. The buckle release lever was easy to actuate and remove the belt. Over all, I think I would be hard pressed to find a better belt in this price range. Time will tell how well the buckle release lever lasts. I highly recommend this belt.

ChrisNat: I'm a guy who is often between sizes. A 42" belt is too large, but a 40% is a little too tight. There is always the option of punching another hole to get it just right, but with this belt, you never have an issue as to fit. You can literally cut it anywhere that works for you, which I did, at about 40.5". The ratcheting mechanism is also brilliant, which (again) allows for more customization. If you sit down, or eat a bit too much, you can discretely reach down and press the little release, and it allows the belt to expand just a tad - perfect. I also love the variety of colors and textures the belt comes in, and the belt buckle options. This is a great idea, and price-wise, it's cheaper than most belts that don't look half as good. Get this.

PierrefromBayRidge: I've been wearing belts for 70+ years and never thought I'd need instruction on how to use one but you need it in this case, and it's not provided. Luckily for me I was wearing sweatpants when I tried it on so there were no belt loops and after I got stuck in it, I was able to slip it down but that shouldn't happen. Before you put on the belt, locate the little latch on the underside. You need to flip that to unlock it. Once you know that, it's a great belt because it's fully adjustable instead of being limited to a certain number of holes. The leather seems of high quality and it looks good too. But while there are directions on how to cut the belt, there's nothing on how to unlock it. And while it's simple once you know how, better to discover this before you put it on than afterwards.

Spiréal: Ceinture très confortable et esthétique pour les grandes tailles. Malheureusement l''encoche qui permet de rattacher la boucle au cuir a commencé à se détériorer après un peu plus d'un an d'utilisation quotidienne, ce qui me forçait à "rassembler" la ceinture à chaque fois que je la manipulais un peu trop brusquement. Aujourd'hui, après plus d'un an et demi d'utilisation, le cuir au niveau de l'encoche s'est fissuré. Je m'attendais à quelque chose de plus fiable.
