Billy N.: Good size, quality, look and value. The mug might be a little big for some car cup holders though.

My only complaints is with the lid. It’s pretty short making it harder to turn. Also, depending on where you place the lid on the mug as you start turning, it can affect where the mouthpiece ends up. Sometimes it ends up really close to the handle which isn’t an ideal drinking position.

Amazon Customer: I love this travel mug. It's sturdy and it keeps my coffee hot for ages. I use it almost daily.

But!

When I bought this, less than a year and a half ago, it was much more affordable. Now (November 2023) you'll shell out nearly 1.5 times what I did.

It was an easy recommendation at the time I bought it. It's a harder sell now. That's a very steep hike in a relatively short time.

Great travel mug though. I like it a lot.

NM RANCHER: OK, sure...it's just a mug, but not so fast...this is a very good mug! If you drink coffee on the go all day, as I do, then you migh appreciate the design features of this mug. Yes, it keeps the coffee hot/warm for a very long time, and the seal is very good (no leaks) but there is more to it than just the basics....first, it is a simple design with a easy to use "flip" stopper for drinking. This is a much better design than othe mugs I have had that have complicted "trigger, spring, and stopper" designs with many parts that are a hassle to clean, and get really "gross" over the course of daily use, requiring much more than a quick wash and rinse. But the design feature I appreciate most is the "open" handle...if you are on the move, and need the use of both hands, it is easy the hook this mug over your belt or on a pocket to free up your hands...and the mug stays with you...no need to set it down and possibly leave it behind (lost a bunch of mugs that way)...the handle is very sturdy, and a shape that helps to keep it from slipping out. The handle is also good in hand and feels "natural".

1. It keeps liquids cold for an astonishing amount of time - see the pic of the ice remaining in my cup 14 hours after I last filled it - and I can anticipate it will retain a lot of this ice for another 6-10 *at least*, even through multiple refills.

2. It’s very, very durable - the lid screws tight, and the flip stopper on top has *never* allowed anything past it when properly snapped in (see video). People continue to freak out when I vigorously dump it upside down in homes, stores and offices… and I’ll freak out it it *ever* fails!

3. It fits very firmly in the cup holders in my car - the best fit / most secure mug I’ve used.

4. An added bonus - something about which I hadn’t thought prior to purchase, but will be on my checklist going forward: the handle is not “enclosed” but rather it’s open on the bottom. I drink water constantly at home and wherever I am shopping: grocery, Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc., and it’s always been a balancing act in the child seat to keep my mugs from dumping over. HK: I just bought two more of these Bubba travel mugs. I have been using them for several years now, but when I wanted to get another one recently, I learned that Walmart apparently no longer carries this particular item. I was fortunate enough to find it on Amazon. The manufacturer states that the mug will keep liquids cold for up to 21 hours. I was so impressed after I bought the first one that I ran my own test, filling the mug with ice and water, putting the lid on it, and letting it sit at room temperature for 24 hours and then checking it. I found that all of the ice did not completely melt until well after the 24-hour period. It is a large stainless steel (30-ounce) container and I also like the way it is designed, with a reduced base so that it will fit into a vehicle drink holder and with a tight lid. I have never known one to leak (except when I forgot to close the drink opening tightly). I use them all of the time, and I sometimes "lose" one when I put it down somewhere in the house, basement, garage, outbuilding, vehicle, or even on the lawn mower, so I keep multiples on hand, so I always have one available until I find the previous "lost" one.
