Cerulean: The litter is great and is truly no scent - you've gotta scoop regularly (as you should). I've ordered a variety of sizes and every time I get a medium or large bag there's a hole in it on arrival and it's a gamble how much litter will have spilled into the shipping box. The shipping boxes are always much larger than the bag itself, so there's always ample room for it to shake around and make a big mess.

Cassidy: I ordered two 40lb bags of litter. The litter came ripped open and spilled in the box and spilled everywhere I lost a lot of product. But the product I did get to use was great litter. I would love to order again but the fear of losing all product and being a waste of money is high.
