Christy W: This stapler is easy to push, great for anyone who suffers with painful hands, wrists. I purchased this for work use though. I handle a LOT of paper on a daily basis. After about a year of use the spring mechanism seams to be loosing it's strength because as the row of staples gets to the end it's struggling to actually staple. It leaves a dent, but no staple. It's not jammed or anything - the staple just doesn't come out. I have to open it, reset the inner spring, and then it will staple the next few times. I will have to do this a few times until the row of staples actually runs out. I put in a new row of staples and it works great until it gets down to the last inch or so. I'm sure by now it's stapled tens of thousands of times so please keep this in mind.
