Bora MiteriX Angle Duplicator: Perfect for Accurate Measurements and Duplication Every Time (530401)

Has Been: Good for setting up angles without measuring in carpentry. I think the size and such are about right for the task.

Not really what I want for fine woodworking. For that purpose I have the Engle Angle which is better suited for most of my fine woodworking projects (and costs way more).

I'm glad I got the Bora as it is scaled right for bigger things.

Anthony: I've seen this Bora MiteriX tool in a few trim carpentry videos online and finally ordered one but not before I ordered Bora's 'compact' version which is an all flimsy plastic piece of garbage. I held out hope for the 'real' tool to be of much higher quality than their cheaper offering and I was not disappointed.

The Bora MiteriX feels sturdy and I believe it's size lends to its accuracy especially around those cornerbeaded corners that were barely filled. Easy to adjust and easy to transfer to your mitersaw for an accurate mitered corner. Not much else to say about it. It just works.

Still baffles me why Bora would make an inferior tool, which was still $25 + tax, that feels like a Fisher Price toy when the real thing exists.

D. Story: After using several different tools over the years, I picked up this tool to see if it was any better. For me it was. I can now accurately measure the angles (since no wall is a 90), and take it back to my saw and apply the correct measurement and get the right cut the first time. While the tool is on the bulky side, it works great for me, and most likely will work great for yoiu.

Lektrishyn: I wasn’t sure about this thing, but I was really surprised. I used this on every corner, and I have not wasted a single cut. And I have a lot of really weird angles.

Michael Dreher: This would have come in real handy a few months ago when we had to build a custom roofline on a generator shed. I like the ease of use, and the ability to take the tool, lay it down on the Miter and match the angle for your cut. Well thought out. My only concern is that with all the plastic parts, it may not hold up over time.
