These are a very good product but I dont own a dog. I use them under my water bowl for my cats. Well for one cat. My Izzy , (Izzabell) thinks for some reason she needs to put her paws in the water bowl to get a good drink. This gets me absolutely insane. She gets water all over the house and never ends up getting a drink. I've watched her put her paw in the water bowl and then put her paw in her mouth to get a drink. Hence the puppy pads. It wets everything especially when she shakes it and it travels another mile around the house. She pays no attention to me chastising her. I dont know how she picked up that habit but I'm changing the water and the pads consistantly. The water always has dirt in it and it's not fair to her brother Slash to have to drink stinky feet water. I threatened to take her squeeze ups off her but she still pays no heed. So thank god for the puppy pads. They are nice and thin but absorbent so they really fit the bill.
