Fiona: I thought this product was excellent. I have had problems with my right arm on and off for a number of years. Most recent problem is golfer’s elbow. I use a rowing machine at home and that and a combination of sitting at a computer has resulted in a lot of pain. This brace has taken the pain away - I now tend to wear it for the days when I am working or rowing/playing tennis. It has made such a difference - I have tried other braces but this one is by far the best.

norm: Fair Price. Arrived Timely.
Purchased for my Wife - so I can't speak to the effectiveness - but her physical therapist said they can be effective.
Instructions on the web indicate the strap goes 1" below the elbow, pad inside for golf elbow and pad outside for tennis elbow.

KathleenJB: The brace was recommended to me by my orthopedic doctor. Having whacked my funny bone 9 months ago, I may have damaged the tendon, causing "golfer's elbow". Physical therapy has not worked, so I am trying this brace. I have been using it for 5 weeks, but have no improvement in the pain, unfortunately. It does seem to stabilize my elbow pain; i.e., it doesn't get worse when I am wearing it, but I actually need more pressure on the point than the brace provides. However, the brace is well made. I just wish it worked better for me.

M S Malik: I play badminton 3/4 times a week and around 5 months ago I overtrained with a heavy racket and experienced tennis elbow discomfort. I tried everything, hot and cold treatment, physio, massage gun. I did feel better after these things but the pain was still there while I played. I even stopped playing for 14 days but the pain came back when I resumed playing. And then a mate suggested this type of product and I had nothing to lose. Within around two days of wearing this the discomfort has gone. I still feel around 5% which I’m sure will go when I wear it more. I can’t recommend this enough for helping with tennis elbow!

AD121: Y’know those things that you look at and think ‘shut up, what goods that going to do??’. Yeah, this is that.

I was wearing a compression sleeve thinking that would help and after speaking to my GP, who recommended a Tennis Elbow Strap, picked up a pair of these.

The first few hours I didn’t notice any difference (probably had it on wrong) but eventually I noticed that there was no pain at all and I could once again return to almost normal use.

I believe it kind of clamps down on the tendon just tight enough to take the strain off the point where the tendon joins the elbow. Similar to using a capo on a guitar.

Before hand I couldn’t pick up a cup of coffee/water without wincing/pain. Currently on the mend!
Highly recommended!

Benjamin Koplon: Bought this to provide support for an injury that would seem to be golfer's elbow (inside of the elbow). Once I found the best position for me and my injury, it seemed to provide some stability, and I was able to use my arm more than without (I bought this about 8 weeks after I started feeling pain). Very easy to put on. Velcro would seem to hold very well. However, my arm was feeling sore at the point where the pad pushes against the trigger point, and after 2 weeks I stopped using it, choosing instead to try kinesio tape which seems to be helping (and without the associated soreness). Probably best to check with a physical therapist, and if an elbow brace is recommended, then this seems to be a very good choice.

Richard: I didn't know how much these would help when I bought them. I kept one on these on the joint all day for a month or more. When doing work, shoveling snow for example, I would put on the elastic kind of brace that tightly covers the entire elbow and more of the arm. I recommend those too, as they're great for that purpose. I think the key to the effectiveness of the Bodyprox is being able to easily adjust the tightness and even wear it over a shirt sleeve. but most importantly to move it frequently so the pressure point can be put directly against the source of the pain. Gradually I was able to increase my exercise. Strengthening the muscles without aggravating tendon inflammation will be the cure. Now I know better how much exercise and work I can safely do. The exercise is what returned my arm to me to use. Weight lifting is great. But I also love the Bullworker isometric equipment which consumes virtually no space in the house at all, and you vary the resistance while you're performing the exercises, preventing injury. Now I haven't even had to use the Bodyprox or do anything but normal work and exercise for months. We will see now if the freezing cold weather causes the...

Lisa B: I am a massage therapist. The last few weeks I kept hitting my elbow… The lateral epicondyle. I don’t know why. Kept hitting it on everything. Then one night after work I came home and swung at a fly and had extreme pain. Right at that bone and then down the arm to the wrist. I had already been K taping the arm. But I knew that wouldn’t work for me while I was at work. So luckily, I have Amazon prime and within five hours these braces were delivered. I wore them for four hours at work and was able to massage all my clients without having pain. Prior to working that day my arm was too weak to even lift a gallon of milk or turn a door knob. These braces work wonders. You don’t want to sleep in braces, but they are good when you are doing anything strenuous like working out or pulling weeds or massaging people if you’re a massage therapist. K taping is better for you when sleeping or not doing strenuous work. So I use both methods now. I just ordered a second set to have on hand. I do wear them when I work out now. Love that they are adjustable and that you can use them for both golfers, elbow and tennis elbow. Tennis elbow is what I have.

Andrea: I'm so glad I bought these. Received them today, and wore one for my tendonitis on my arm for a few hours; while driving, shopping, etc. It was surprisingly more helpful than I thought it would be. I previously bought a copper compression sock, that basically did nothing for tennis elbow, as it was too thin... so I was reluctant to spend more money, but decided to give these a try instead. They're definitely better and more helpful. Very good quality product too.. comes with two, inside a nice recycled style box. Worth the spend! 👍 Thank you :)
