It was easy to install with the provided instructions and you don’t need to set any cables for this door bell. One of the advantages of this doorbell is that you can adjust the volume and it has four different stages and it has pleasant sound. I find it very comfortable that it has two bells, and you can choose the sound for each of them (it ranges from the regular bell sounds to classics), so you won’t be confused which one is ringing.
Another feature that I really like is that the receiver is lighting up when the bell is ringing. It could be really helpful for people with hearing disabilities. Other than that, it’s a nice design choice. The design itself is very simple and concise - there are no unnecessary details.
Our old doorbell accidentally broke and we needed another one urgently. I ordered this doorbell set and it was delivered in 3 days, which was very convenient. L. Jennings: I am updating my review from 2 stars to 4 stars as the company sent me a new door chime to replace the one that quit working. The new one works great so far. It took several emails before the company sent me a new door chime but they did eventually send one so they do stand behind their products.

This doorbell was easy to setup, had a large choice of ring tones and good volume control. I was very pleased with it until one of the doorbell buttons (transmitter) quit working after only 4 months. I tried to repair it with the transmitter and I changed the batteries to no avail. I contacted the company multiple times as it was still under warranty but they just kept telling me that I needed to repair it with transmitter even after I explained that I had already tried that. Now the remaining doorbell button is no longer working. This company does not stand behind their products so I do not recommend them.
