Black Forest Fruit Snacks with Juicy Bursting Flavor

MJP: I cringed when I saw the prices of 'normal' Halloween candy, so I bought these as a cheaper alternative. I of course had to test the product (not for my benefit, for the children's!). Most of them so far are super good - very fresh with a nice juicy core. I received a box that slipped past the inspectors and had a few bags that weren't sealed properly and a few more bags that were empty altogether, so I had a decent portion that were basically sugar jerky and trash. I feel like this was a fluke and even with the duds thrown away the price for these is very good. I don't like dinging stars for flukes like this, and 99%+ buyers will get the awesome fresh & tasty bags without the duds.
I got three boxes, so whatever the trick-or-treaters don't get will go straight into my "I feel like a 7-year-old and am loving it" snack jar.
I highly recommend these as a cheaper Halloween hand-out or for kids' daily lunchbox snack. Or for adults.

Doug: Squishy, fresh with a juicy center of a bit of liquid. Sometimes gummies can be a bit hardened, these are always fresh and pliable, easy to chew -- makes them good for younger kids as a snack. You don't get many per individual packet, maybe 5, so that's good thing and a bad thing. We keep buying more whenever they run out so its worth writing a review to say they are good. The flavor is good but not WOW. You find yourself saying, oh yeah, that's lemon I see it now... or um, yeah, that's apple... grape does stand out on its own. I recommend them and I've bought them over and over... good for a toddler as a treat because it's easy to chew, flavorful, juicy and there's a limited number per individual pouch.

Kyle Gordon: They were just the same as if I went to the store and bought them except I didn't have to actually go anywhere...so really it's better than if I went to the store. Cheaper too I think. It's the little things in life.

Robin: I never had these before, and they taste good
My issue is that when I bought them the date was 2024.05, but when I bought them on Subscribe and Save the date is 2023.11.28! So, I immediately opened them, and start giving them away since it was a lot to consume in such a quick amount of time. I could tell the difference since the older ones are tougher; not as tasty. I will keep them on Subscribe and Save, but if the next time they are old again I will cancel.
