Tea BeeTea Bee: I love that I can get cauliflower already riced and frozen but beware if you are planning to feed 3 people 3/4 of a cup. After cooking there is a total of 1 cup of cooked cauliflower. I wrote to Birdseye and was told that the serving size is based on "frozen" product measurement. I will check but I do not think it will fill 2.25 cups frozen either.
Taste great but pricey for 1 cup.

Sam F in Seattle, WA: Very convenient steam bag packaging. I've tried multiple brands of riced cauliflower in both fresh and frozen. There doesn't seem to be much stem bits and the riced cauliflower tasted great. I typically steam it and then saute or pan-fry it, as you would do for fried rice. This also helps evaporate some of the extra water. Anyway, I think it's a great product!
