Christopher Lovato: Even though I don't like cottage cheese or ricotta, they worked really well when they're cooked. If recommend baking this and buying more than one.

Pizza: I was worried about the low calories, but it tastes surpriingly good.
The tomato sauce tastes fresh and does not have the nasty taste most ready-made sauces in glass containers and most frozen food have.
That said, they used air or water to ... I guess make it seem more than it is.
The cheese mass tastes nice but is ... foamy?
If the vendor added an oz or two, this would be a great meal.
