WaitWhat…: The stand works well. I am looking forward to the plastic parts that hold the wheel lasting for years of use. 29” wheel mountain bike fits well and is stable in the stand.

Douglas S.: If a part appears to be missing, carefully inspect the entire box. I thought that a screw was missing, but after inspecting the shipping box, it turns out the screw had migrated to underneath one of the bottom flaps. If I hadn't been able to find the missing screw, that would have resulted in a 4-star review.

The seller noticed my review and issued a full refund, which I appreciate. I would've been satisfied with the product if the feet lay flat or they had provided a replacement part where I could've adjusted the feet to lie flat as they suggested. But I appreciate that they stepped up to provide a refund.

I bought the three pack. All three of the parking stands arrived with feet attached at the wrong angle so that the stands won't lie flat on the floor. We've tried adjusting them both by hand and with a tool and they won't budge. I've read other reviews expressing the same issue. I contacted the seller who dismissed my issue by telling me to adjust the feet by hand. When I reiterated that the feet are fixed in position and will not move even with a tool, the seller told me to process a return. In looking at the stands (and from reading the other reviews), you understand that this is how the stands are manufactured, so, if we were to return them, we'd get the exact same product back with the same issues. So now we have three wobbly stands in our garage and it's not worth the effort to take them apart, repack them and return. Buyers beware.

GasMan: With 12 bikes in the household that are constantly in use, storage that is flexible, mobile, yet stable and durable is hard to come by. I have had a couple of these for a few years and needed more. I have a total of 5 of the Bikehand stands.
Versatile: I am able to park bikes with wheel sizes from 24" to 29", 25mm up to 2.4" quite easily. The stands adjust relatively quickly to the different wheel diameters by adjusting the stopper on the vertical arm.
Stable: The heavier bikes seem more stable with the rear wheel on the stands but the lighter road, CX or gravel bikes are very stable with either wheel in them. So far I have not had bikes fall off unless pushed really hard.
Lightweight: Hardly weigh anything so can be moved around as ones needs demand.
Durable: The first two I have had in constant use since 2016 and they hardly show signs of use. They are, of course, indoors and protected from the elements.
In summary, I would not hesitate to buy them if I need more.

Martyn Dunbar-Stuart: These are good stands, unlike another I purchased they don't move as you are trying to put the wheel in. They support the bike well. Would definitely recommend. A small part of the assembly was unclear from the instructions but even if you had the part the wrong way round it wouldn't matter for mountain bikes.
