Mike C. Baker: We first discovered this Bigelow variety in a local store -- their loss that they chose to discontinue carrying it regularly!
The combination of cinnamon to the blackberry makes for an excellent alternative to apple & cinnamon flavor blends. I drink it warm or chilled with equal enjoyment (and have also been delighted when my partner blended in some mint when brewing for later consumption).
For those who like to try something different, try brewing 4 bags of this blend along with a family-size bag of regular tea (we use Luzianne, YMMV as might what is available in your cupboard) in one&one-half quarts [more-or-less] of just-boiling water. Sweeten to taste. Refrigerate any not consumed warm; adjust the proportions to your tastes.

Micki: I buy this tea as we think it helps my husbands diabetes. I wish I could contact Bigelow direct as my last 3 orders have been incorrectly marked, therefore I have gotten the wrong tea. I always order the 6 pack. First I got a 6 pack of Green tea, which we don't drink, so I got a refund on that and was told not to return the tea so I gave it to my brother. Then I re-ordered and got a sampler box and thre were several teas in that package which we don't drink but I got another refund. I ordered a third time and was sent a 6 pack of Ginger Snappish Ginger tea with lemon. We like this tea alright, but not our favorite nor what I ordered. I did not ask for a refund this time as I don't like to ask for a refund and then keep the item. All 3 six pack boxes have had a sticker on the box which says Bigelow Benefits Balance Cinnamon and Blackberry Caffeine free Herbal Tea, which is what I ordered. The packaging company is putting on the wrong labels. Please Help. We love the original tea we ordered and it's a great price in the 6 pack.
