Vanessa: I have never purchased a curling iron & I might be biased because this is was extremely easy to use! I have used some of my friends curling iron in the past and always found it hard to use, so I never invested in one. However as a beginner user friendly wand, this was PERFECT! Would recommend! My curls stayed intact

Kasey moua: I feels cheap. But it's really light, not heavy at all.
Temp changes - not many options, just a 1 - 3 option.
Wand varieties are way too small, the biggest wand isn't big either. I would say it does medium size curls.
I contemplated returning it, but it will do the job.

Tonya B: Works really well. My first time using a wand so I burnt myself a few times before getting the hang of it. Not really the product fault because it did what it suppose to do. I do highly suggest wearing the glove if you are not use to using a wand or even if you are for better control. Love the interchangeable wands sizes and it heats up quickly. Only downfall is that you can not adjust the head via temp, only low and high setting.
