Skol!: I have never used an angle grinder blade to cut concrete before so I wasn't sure how well this would work, but I was pleasantly surprised as it notched out 60 year old concrete with ease. I had to groove out about a 7ft crack and this thing did it easily. The only tricky part was getting a nice inverted 'V' while the blade is in the shape of a V, but we got there.

T. Carnes: i purchased this blade to chase out some cracks in my basement floor so I could caulk them.
The blade worked better that I expected. It is very aggressive and cleared a nice channel with no effort.
I ground out approximately 75 feet of cracks and the blade shows no wear.

Nevada22Nevada22: I gave a 4 star rating because the gold ring came out the first 5 min I started using the blade. This is not good because when you turn off the grinder, the blade still spins a few rotations even after the angle grinder has stopped. I used masking tape over the gold piece on both sides of the blade. It kept the gold piece from detaching and I was able to open the cracks in my garage floor. They need to make a blade where the gold piece is not detachable.

It did take a week or so for it to arrive but not really a big deal for what I needed to do. One tip I would give is hold a shop vac near the grinder as it will make a lot of concrete dust really quick. Also dont forget to wear a face mask and safety glasses. Concrete dust will go everywhere
