Jasmine: This helmet is definitely a good value for the price. It looks just like the photo and is pretty lightweight.
The helmet does run probably on the small->medium side in terms of size (I have a larger head and fits a little snug) but otherwise have no complaints.
I could see this being a versatile helmet in terms of age ranges it would be suited for. I'm 32 and thinks it still looks stylish!

Adriel Ziesemer Jr.: I bought a Bell Adrenaline for me and gave this Bell Thalia to my wife. Despite being a better fit for her head size, Bell Adrenaline was a little bit more comfortable though (and also expensive: $8 more). You can see the difference in the padding material and quality.
Other than that, it is still a very good helmet and my wife likes it.

Celina: I bought this when I started getting into cycling and didn't want to spend a lot of money. I've been using it a lot for the past couple of years, and it is pretty decent! It is a little tricky to adjust the strap, like I don't think I have had it property adjusted this entire time, but other than that, no complaints! I will probably upgrade to a better helmet soon, but great if you don't want to spend a lot of money!

Jen: This product is exactly as described. The other reviews made me a bit nervous when they said it was way too small, but I measured my head beforehand and it was in the 54-58cm size range as listed in the description. It’s obviously a cheap helmet, but the buckle works great, there’s not pinching, the stitching is secure, and there aren’t any real quality issues. Definitely worth $13

RhinoByte: Bought this Helmet for the wife....as it is the law to wear a helmet here. She was afraid of looking like an idiot. When this showed up....we were both shocked.....it sits low on the skull....making it look 'Stream-lined' and cool! Does not sit way up, on top of the skull..where it looks stupid. I am ordering one for myself now from this company, because it looks so darn good.
