Kim A. Kenny: I have many devices that operate on batteries or an AC adapter. Every device operates on everything from 3.5 volts to 12 volts. This adapter has worked flawlessly! I now have 3 of them. From computers, telescope tracking mounts and SLR cameras that need long duration exposures can eat up a pack of AA batteries in 30 minutes. These AC adapters cost as much as a pack of 20 batteries and pays for itself immediately. Plus, AC adapters that are made for a specific product (brand name etc.) are 5 times the cost. Plus this adapter has all the connectors you need to fit any device. A great buy!

GDGD: The media could not be loaded. Order this product on the last week on the 19th and it was supposed to arrive on the 25th.
Got it on the 23rd with free non prime shipping. Pretty sweet.
Came in a small brown box with all the components wrapped neatly inside individual plastic bags.
The adapter tips coming in a small ziplock bag for easy storage and removal.
Came with a simple instruction manual with explanations on which tip goes with what type of device and an explanation that the tips are inner positive and outer negative polarity and that it could not be reversed.
To my surprise even though my device had diamond shapes for the polarities it still worked (I'm not sure what the circle or diamond shapes for polarities are so....hmm). Just as an FYI in the case anyone wants to know.
Definitely not cheap plastic pieces from handling all of them trying to find the right connector before I read the instruction manual. The right adapter connected to my device perfectly and I used the key attached to the cord as instructed to turn the dial (picture 3) to 12v, plugged it in and power!
