Kristi K.: I was really skeptical about buying an urn from Amazon. I chose this one for my son's remains because of how it looks and I have to say I'm beyond impressed with the quality. It is heavy. solid, and beautiful. No one should have to be in this position but if you are and like the look of this urn, rest assured it is well worth the cost.

Jessica: Showed up late and not as pictured. You are supposed to get 6 different miniature urns, I only received 5 because they doubled one. The “hand carvings” look like they were made by a 6 year old.
When I reached out to the seller to explain that one of them was doubled and we were missing the most important one (the one for the wife of the deceased) and that returning the item for exchange so close to the funeral would now be impossible, I asked for a $28 rebate (the total cost of the set plus the shipping divided by six) considering we didn’t get one of them, I hoped they would reimburse the missing urn. I was told they all they were willing to do is accept the return, even if had already mentioned that wasn’t an option for us.
Over all: Poor customer service, item not as described, and poor quality.
Do not buy from this seller!!
