Allison Black: My cat knows if you are preparing any meds for him to take. He will run and hide. He ate a fly a few days ago. (Gross). Then I noticed a tapeworm by his behind. Those lil plastic cups that come on top of cough meds. I used one of ours as we have a few. I added a tiny amount of water. The pill dissolved.I syringed it up. I hold him by the scruff of the neck with my left hand. Have him between my legs. And pry his mouth open with my right hand and shoot it in. He won’t take it any food or treat. So the med works great. Him, not so well. But we did get him to take it. Yesterday, he was biting, and he’s laying in his daddy’s arms today. So I guess it’s working.

Tim G.: I’m not sure how well this product will work yet, it’s only been one day, but I tried this thinking that it probably would get spat right out… I was wrong. I put cat’s dry kibble down in the bowl, and dropped the little white pill on top. As I looked to see how far he would shove it away, it disappeared… Gone. He ate it like it was a juicy piece of chicken!!! SURPRISED! So if he stops begging for food 5 times a day and eating like a teenage boy, we’ll know it’s a 100% winner.

Luis E. Avalos: After months of working with the Vet using their liquid medicine, that simply did not work, I am happy I went ahead and bought this. Only took one pill and one day to notice the worms that were typically coming out of my cat crawling, white, and clearly alive; were now coming out dried up and dead. At first my cat didn't like me trying to force the pill in his mouth, but after I snuggled him a bit, and looked at him in the eye, he took it like a champ.
I live a little out of the city with 2 dogs and this kitten came to me with one eye and a host of other problems, but day 1 he made himself useful and killed and ate a mouse in my room. My pups (border collie and belgian shepherd) took to the kitten quickly. I then realized he had tape worms crawling out of his behind. Vet attempted a liquid medicine that I had to give to my kitten 3 consecutive days and it did nothing to handle the worms. Finally I looked up tape worm medicine and this came up. Glad it did. I paid for the combo of this and flea medicine as flease along with rodents and flies can be carriers of the worms, but I honestly don't think the flea medicine was worth $15 for 1 month so I recommend just getting the pill...

Rrun: I'm very grateful for these, I bought them ages before I actually used them, took my cat to the vet and everything but got no information for tapeworms bc they are rare, they gave me some other medication for roundworms first which ruined her stomach for a few days but she still wasn't gaining weight, I checked her litter and saw the tapeworm larvae were still there but was nervous about using this bc of the reviews but it worked and fast. I crushed it into her food and she ate it all eventually, if you follow the instructions and know your cats weight bc it is strong, this should be fine. My cat seemed tired for a while and her stomach still bothered her a little but she quickly got over it and I saw the worms were dead the very next day and she clearly began to feel better soon after it was Such a relief to know she was ok. If you are sure about the tapeworms then I would recommend these. I only needed one for her size and the two extra are just good to have I guess.

Trent: First of all, "mix it with food or treats" never worked with my cats. If they get even the slightest whiff of this stuff in their food, they'll abandon the whole bowl, no matter how hungry they were.

The only technique that worked (and still works when there's a need for worming) is as follows:

1. Buy some Pill Pockets in your cat's favorite flavor
2. Determine a proper dosage and arrange the appropriate amount of Pill Pockets on a table in front of you, times 2. That is, if your cat needs 1 pill, take 2 Pill Pockets, etc.
3. Carefully split the pill(s) in half, away from the Pill Pockets, while wearing gloves. Or at the very least wash your hands immediately afterwards. Do not touch Pill Pockets with your contaminated hands!
4. Using tweezers, carefully insert pill halves into Pill Pockets. Wash the tweezers and hands. Do not touch the outside of Pill Pockets with the pill!
5. With super clean (or freshly gloved) hands, carefully pinch each Pill Pocket closed and roll it into a somewhat oblong shape that confirms to the shape of the pill half inside. Wash hands between tending to each Pocket.
6. Inspect your work under bright light (using a magnifier...
