Amazon Customer: Love everything about this shirt aside from the hood. The hood barely reaches the front of my head, sits more at the crown, so not great sun cover other than for my neck. Also the hood will fall right off every time I turn my head, so not useful. If the hood was deeper and a bit longer/taller it would be perfect.

Barbara Lyon: The fit of this shirt is really great and the stitching is well done. The neck, hood, length of the shirt and sleeves, and thumb holes are all exactly what I wanted. I would have given 5 stars, but the fabric is VERY plasticky, so not only does it feel kind of uncomfortable but you will absolutely sweat buckets in it! If the fabric were to be improved, this would be an absolute winner.

Kieona Romero: The arms are a little tight but that is probably best for bugs, the hood is deep and works well. I decided to mow the lawn in 98 degree weather and the hood was very nice. I feel like I wasn't any hotter on my torso that I was with my shorts and sandals (I know, terrible choice for mowing the lawn, but it was hot) I did feel the sun a lot less thanks to the shirt fabric and that was great. I will probably be investing in more of these though I might go for the ones without a gator, it feels a little claustrophobic but I'm also not used to wearing one.
