Cynthia Medina: I will continue to always buy these, my kids eat these all the time they’re perfect size for them small bite-size. I always put them in Alfredo sauce and that’s how they like it.

Early Intervention OT: A great pantry item for last minute meals. I have used them warm with pesto or tomato sauce or cold in pasta salads - good both ways. Cooking time is crucial so filling is cooked through without making pasta too limp - which can be a bit tricky.

Seb: It is pretty good for something that is not fresh, the cheese taste quite nice so a good option for pasta night.

CaliGirlBlue: Excellent product. Made Tortellini with Creamy Wild Mushroon Sauce in my slow cooker. The pasta held up, was just perfect. Would recommend except for the whopping $15.00+ price tag for one 12 oz bag. Would not have bought at that price but the recipe specifically wanted dried tortellini, not fresh or frozen and I could not find dried anywhere in my area. However the taste and texture were fantastic.

arlene2: These were a nice treat to have in my delivery. They were delicious and hard to believe that noodles so good weren't fresh and kept in the fridge. They cook up quickly and have a nice texture.

There are only two points to mention as to why I took a star away.
1) serving size. This package states it's nutritional information as feeding 4 when in all honesty, it feeds 2 adults... maybe two adults and a child if you were making something else along side of it. Truth be told, you should double everything on the nutrition panel if that kind of thing is important to you.
2) You absolutely must stir them while they are boiling. If you don't, you end up with the random odd noodle that the insides seem dry. The problem is that the noodles want to float when cooking and if they aren't submerged most of the time, the little nook where the cheese is stuffed doesn't cook equally.

That being said, it is a good price for a nice item to have once in a while.
