AU20K: This product does what it is supposed to do. Performs a temporary fix until you round up all the parts and a friend to help with the head gasket replacement.
I keep a bottle of it in my shop now for when I need something right now because it seems I'm always running out of friends.
I like it.
Thanks

DavidM: This keeped the car working for another 10 weeks. In other circumstances it may have worked longer. I would certainly try it again if I had another need for it.

phil: Did this 9/24/23
At least for now, this stuff works
I had
1: overheating at idle
2: rough idle ( but no CEL, no misfire code)
3: heavy white smoke from exhaust
4: loss of coolant from system
5: NO coolant in the oil. REPEAT, NO COOLANT IN THE OIL
Tested with block tester. Positive for combustion gases in reservoir.
In fact, I didn't need to squeeze the bulb on the block tester.
I got bubbles in the test chamber just by placing it on the reservoir
Fluid turned yellow quickly
I followed instructions, except I let my Yukon run until the white exhaust smoke stopped, then shut it off.
About 23 minutes( yes, I had a timer running)
Waited 2 hours, then drove at 1500 RPM( 68 MPH in my Yukon) for 20 minutes
Results:
Temp normal
Idle normal
No loss of coolant
No white smoke
If your situation is similar, try this stuff, by all means
It certainly worked immediately for me
BTW, I have not unsealed the system to do a check on combustion gases, and probably won't bother
I am going to do 5 more 20 minute drives before I even think about breaking the seal on the system
In my experience unresolved coolant issues...

Amazon Customer: So I just used this product and it seems to have worked but it's still too soon to say it fixes the problem permanently as they claim. I used it on a 1986 Goldwing Aspencade

reva: This product exceeded all expectations. I had a warped cylinder and subsequent leaky head gasket in my economist engine...design flaw in those engines. I was adding antifreeze daily at least 2-3 cups . I decided to try this product to see if I could keep it running until new engine arrived...6 months or so. After using this product I had zero antifreeze loss...no further white exhaust and added no further antifreeze for 8 months when I replaced the faulty engine...probably would have lasted a lot longer but I had already committed to the engine purchase. Easy to use clear simple instructions. Have recommended this product to many people since then. 10 stars from me!!!

Daisuke TakeokaDaisuke Takeoka: UPDATE: No more than two weeks after writing the review below, I got a check engine light with a Cylinder 1 Misfire on the OBD. I cleared it, and a few days later it came back on. This pattern repeated for about two weeks, and it became clear that it was time to let my baby go. I think my 100 mile drive to San Diego and back was what put the final nail in the coffin.
So in summery, yes, this stuff works temporarily, especially if your car hasn't been overheating and you're driving less than 30 miles at a time. It probably would hold indefinitely if you're only commuting and not transporting a heavy load. It really is a finger-in-the-dike solution, and it won't hold for long under stress. It got me through two months which was long enough for me to drive down memory lane and say goodbye to my old truck and replace her with her baby sister, just like that episode of the Wonder Years when Jack Arnold (the dad) has to replace the family car. I wasn't disappointed by the outcome but took a star off my original score, just so my review is not any more misleading than it may have been.
Is it worth buying? It was for me, but if you're less sentimental and you'd rather tare...

James: I had a 2010 Hyundai Accent that was driven a little too long while overheating. It would slowly lose coolant over time and occasionally have a very rough misfire on startup. Other than that there was no real symptoms. I had the mechanic confirm it was a head gasket issue and proceeded to order this product instead of shell out for an expensive head gasket repair.
When I initially added this stuff into the radiator it was a very slow process as the product is very thick and gravity alone was struggling to let it flow down so that took about 10 minutes but anyway eventually I got it in there. My car no longer loses any coolant and I've not had a single misfire on startup since I added this stuff. Time will tell how long this fix lasts for but in the meantime I'm very satisfied :)
