Bar Keepers Friend Powder Cleanser for Effortless Cleaning

Savvy Consumer: Not sure why I never tried this before, but I didn't. After being unable to get burn marks off of my stainless steel stove, I started looking at videos for ideas, and this came up. It took a lot of elbow grease, but those stains came off, and they've been there for at least 6 months, no matter what I did, driving me crazy.

This has also now become my new secret weapon when purchasing used items. Just the other day I found beautiful stainless steel pot at an insanely low price, that everyone was passing over because of the appearance of the inside. I bought it right up and cleaned it with this and it was spotless and brand new looking. I'm looking forward to finding out what other treasures I can return to service with it.

SassaKate11: Bar Keepers Friend is some of the best cleaner out there. If you have baked on grease stains on pans or the stove/oven it takes it off like magic. Keep this stuff in our house at all times. I have continually been amazed at how it makes my pots and pans brand new again.

Yves Giroux: Works as advertised. I bought this to remove scuffs from porcelain cups and build up from corning ware bakeware.
It worked better than anything else I had tried to date and on the first try. Also does wonders for stainless steel cookware and sinks without scratching. Only criticism, because it is a cardboard can, the product had caked up somewhat and is hard to sprinkle cleanly.

Danielle: I have a stainless steel gas cooktop and had some seriously caked on / burnt on stuff that I could not clean off. I found some youtube video where a guy recommended letting this soak on for about 10-15 minutes and it worked like a charm.

I also had an enamel kettle that I was planning on tossing because it was so marked up (and I thought burnt) but I used the Bar Keepers Friend on it and it's literally as good as new.

I will never be without this product ever again!

Ailsa S: Just got my can today. I bought it for getting rust and lime stains off my toilet. Our water is so hard and I even tried a pumice stone and then a hard dishwasher cube and both helped a bit but never well or completely. This product worked almost instantly and beautifully. However, I will only be able to use it occasionally because it's toxic and even breathing the fumes in feels like my lungs are burning. Even although I used a glove on the hand I was using, my skin is tingling and irritated on the left hand which barely touched the product. Vinegar and water is what I use to clean almost everything and it works well and is non-toxic. So I'll stick with that for most things except the toilet (amazing). Admittedly, I am very sensitive to smells so I'm giving it to my husband to clean the chrome on his motorcycles and rust off his tools. I might also try a mask when using it but it probably won't work that well on fumes. What a shame.
