Leeann M Kennedy: I have tried every diaper rash cream known to man and nothing works like balmex clear ointment. My daughter had a diaper rash that developed overnight and it was so sore. After only one application I could see a tremendous improvement. This stuff is literally a miracle ointment after a couple diaper changes it was completely gone. My mom had some chaffing in between her thighs I used some of this on her and it was gone the Next day! I swear by this stuff!
