DES47: We love this fire pit and we use it a lot as a table when not in use. However, by no fault of the company, the product came damaged as a result of FedEx mishandling . The carton was busted wide open. Rather than wait for a replacement, I did minor repairs (not cosmetic) myself. Broken surface tiles were replaced by Bali, slong with some extras. Good customer service. Assembly wasn't bad, although I'm a retired tradesman and accustomed to such things.

Blair Dehuff: I found this table to be easy to assemble, although it took me over twice as long to do it than the instructions say (about 1 hour vs. 1/2 hour). That said, everything fit right, all the parts where there, and the instructions were clear. (It might take only 1/2 hour if you had assembled 1 or 2 of them previously, but not the first one).

One thing that would have been helpful that is not in the instructions: When lighting the fire table for the first time I recommend that you push and hold the igniter button for about a minute before turning to the ignition position to light the fire. This will purge the line of air to allow sufficient propane into the line to light the fire. Otherwise, the fire may just sputter and die when you try to light it. This is what happened to me several times when I tried to light it the first time, and I wondered what I was doing wrong or if this table was defective. I contacted their customer service, and their engineer recommended this. After that the fire will light. I gave the manufacturer a suggestion to put this in their operation instructions. Abraham Vasquez: Overall my experience was positive, everything came without any pieces broken, the directions could have been better in illustrating how to build it, but nothing you can't overcome by staring at the directions and staring at your pit! Once everything was built, turning it on took a few attempts to get it started. Once I got it going, it was great. The fire pit is nice, the glass chips that it comes with also really nice. I would definitely recommend if your looking for a nice fire pit.

ColoCyn: We love our new firepit table! Great size for our front porch. We can easily fit four chairs around it. When turned all the way up it really puts off some heat! Easy to adjust for various sizes of flame as needed. We love the blue glass rather than a lava type rock. It's very pretty! Plenty of room around the edge for glasses or smaller size plates. The slate top is pretty too. Highly recommend!
