Melissa R.Melissa R.: The media could not be loaded.  I'm writing this 10 months later. Overall, it's held up and we've moved it several times. The swing should go a little higher. My son is tall and his toes almost scrape the ground on it, and it's up as high as the rope allows.

My main issue, which is why I gave it 3 stars, is because of the netting. It literally was turning into chalky dust. Probably a health hazard. I attached a video of how bad the netting tore in random places and disintegrated. I've never heard of or seen a b-ball net do this.

Alexis AndersonAlexis Anderson: I actually really like this cute toy, so it makes me super sad to knock it… but I’m concerned the quality control of this item just isn’t there. One of the “screw” pieces that should be attached to the slide was broken off upon arrival. I was still able to put everything together, and the slide itself still feels decently sturdy. But I guess what concerns me is that, considering this is a children’s toy (and intended for young children at that), there should be pretty heavy quality control to catch things like this; things that deal with the structure and integrity of its vital pieces.
Like I said though, I actually REALLY like this thing, and my son LOVES it. Just the protective mom in me can’t ignore structure irregularities in his toys, from a safety standpoint. Also to note, the broken piece wasn’t anywhere in the box, which leads me to believe it was definitely sent from the packaging line that way.
Side note:
You may also notice we placed the hoop on the wrong side - and that was totally intentional due to my son’s height atm- he’s not quite two. I can’t actually recommend doing this, because the hoop piece is not designed to fit there and I...

Melynn: Easy to assemble. Swing large and could hold up to 3-4 year old. But kids slide around in swing. I placed "tub anti slip strips" in swing to keep her from sliding around and made safety belt as well(did not come with one but does have slits to place one). We tied knots in swing ropes to shorten so she couldn't drag feet. However, that shortens the arc of swing and you have to manually keep pushing it back and forth. She loves the slide. The climber needs to be on a VERY level surface. Would not purchase again

DedeDede: Great swing and slide set. We bought this playset for our sons first birthday and it was a huge hit. He loved it and giggles a little everytime he slides down or swings on the swing set. It is sturdy, well built and easy to put together. Although, it took around an hour for me to install it by myself. It could have possibly been easier and faster to assemble with two people instead of just one. It fits perfectly into our living room area and is easy to move outdoors when the weather outside is sunny and nice. It is sized well with room to grow for him to use for atleast a couple of years to come. His feet don't hit the ground while swinging which is great. We did need to add a soft pillow on his back to make it more comfortable for him. The slide is not too long for him to go on it on his own. We felt confident to let our son play with it with some adult supervision. However, It is held together by a few bolts but mostly used large plastic screws which makes us question how durable it could possible be on the long run. All in all great playset and we highly recommend it.

Christopher K.: The swing hook isn’t the best choice it wasn’t sturdy enough. 4 stars because they offered me money back and I got another hook to make it safer. it also is not really that good for my 8 month old the swing needs a seatbelt. He pumped his head more then once.
