Amazon Customer: Purchased this for our granddaughter - stroller was easy to assemble, looked and functioned great - exactly as described. After putting this together I noticed one of the tires was not seated properly - just slightly off. Taking the air out, I was unable to correct. Called customer support in the middle of the afternoon, when I had an hour of spare time, as I thought I would need it. I waited only 1 minute before getting someone, & after talking through the issue & sending a picture, support was quick to place an order for the entire tire unit. Since I now had 55 min free, I took the entire rubber tire and tube off, straightened out, and re-fit. It worked perfectly, tested it out, and notified the company that they could cancel my tire order. Simply being reachable with a phone call, being able to understand each other, and a willingness to correct issues at cost are qualities that are rare now. I highly recommend this stroller and this company! Also, I have only written 2 reviews in my lifetime - that should tell you something.

Jeff & Sharon: I really love this stroller. It glides so easily over uneven, bumpy roads. It has a lot of neat features like a place to put your phone or keys. My 6 month old grandson can sit up very well and fell asleep in it in the first 10 minutes during our very first test-walk. Fortunately, it is easy to adjust to a comfortable semi laying down position. This wasn’t the case at first! The black strap seemed to get caught up in the plastic adjustment piece and it was not easy at all to adjust! This was an Open Box (returned) item which makes me wonder if that’s the reason it was returned. My husband is handy and got it working smoothly within a few minutes :) RThis could have been a fluke as I haven’t seen any other reviews with this problem. I am very happy I didn’t have to return due to something so minor, although, I likely would have asked the seller first, if they could be of help. Either way, it’s a great stroller for the price in my opinion.

Amazon Customer: We needed a stroller that could be used a lot for walking outdoors not as much for running. We are so glad we got this, even though it looks a bit bulky, its large wheels make the ride to absorb impactful bumps. Very easy to push, you can literally push it (with infant seat on and baby) with one finger, it just glides very nicely. Our baby falls asleep instantly once on and doesn't bat an eyelash on bumps and such. Has a lot of space on the bottom part that holds quite enough groceries if needed. My only complaints are that the infant seat doesn't have a click on as other strollers (such as the Graco) this one supports itself on the plastic cup holder. It has a small elastic on the side to secure it on gliding it thru the infant seat. The manual shows 2, one on ea. side, but ours only came with 1. Then again we are not using it for running, but if we did, it would have gotten me upset. And the other little thing that bugs me sometimes, that with some turns, especially thru doors, the front tire might get stuck on a weird angle that you have to maneuver it and get it unstuck from that angle. It is just sometimes difficult to see with the infant seat on, maybe...

MelissaLee: This is my first review, pre put-our-granddaughter-in-the-stroller review. First off, the assembly was minimal. It took longer to unwrap and clip the zip ties than it did to assemble the wheels, so don't let that intimidate you if you dislike that sort of thing. Second, this thing is very well made. It's got a really nice, sturdy weight without feeling like it'll be difficult to actually push around. Also, I really like that the front wheel can be set to swivel or set to face straight forward. The brakes are easily accessible and you don't have to contort your body just to engage them. The cup holders (including two sets, one for baby and one for parent) are nice also and can be easily removed for cleaning. The upright or recline positioning is very smooth & also allows for many different upright or slightly upright positions. So far I'm very impressed! I plan to update my review once we've had a chance to actually put it to use.
