TrailExplorer: This works and I have been impressed how smooth the lever feels during braking. The modulation is pretty good. I suspect though, that the Avid 7 may be just as high quality at a lower price range. I'm not going to worry about it though, because the product lived up to my expectation and I'm enjoying it on my bike each week I am out riding!
