JJ: This paste is awesome. Have made chicken and beef curry so far with it and both ways we're delicious. You can add more or less to suit your taste and keeps well in the fridge. Came in a plastic resealable container with a bag inside that. Well packaged.

The flavor is restaurant quality and has a small spicy kick to it as well. (Not too much tho!)

Just stir it in and that's it!

Annalisa: Absolutely delicious. Spicier than the usual one from the grocery store. Great value for the amount. I can make curry like 6 times with this, depending how hot I want it. First time I used 4 ounces and second time 2 ounces both were good and flavorful. Definitely will repurchase.

Kindle Customer: This is such a yummy paste - I use a heaped table spoon per tin of coconut milk, plus veg or chicken, and it’s so quick and easy to use. Definitely recommend 👍

MomMom for 4: It's all in the sauce! I absolutely love this curry paste! Everything blended together to form a thick paste that elevates over the top dishes. You adjust the heat of the spices by coking the paste first . The longer you cook, the hotter it is. Within reason of course. Yellow Curry is a family favorite. Whenever someone ask for the recipe, my answer ever time us, " you have to use this curry paste"
This is a staple product in my home.

JC Allen: This yellow curry paste has made me a thai chef - lol. Since receiving this a few days ago I’ve made three thai curry dishes and they were almost as good as take-out. This curry paste, coconut milk, coconut sugar, kaffir lime leaves, dried chili peppers and chili oil make a delicious sauce for a veggie or tofu or chicken thai meal.
I’ll have to order more real soon.

VictoriaVictoria: Right now I'm giving this a 4, because I'm sure I'm going to love it, but I have yet to try it because of the packaging (I'll get to that in a moment).

I LOVE Thai red curry. It is one of my favorite dishes, and I doubt that this paste will disappoint in terms of flavor. This is an authentic brand from a company located in Thailand, so thought I would give them a try.

Disappointingly, the only brand available to me locally right now is Thai Kitchen 😒 which is weak, bland, highly-Americanized garbage. I have only used it as a last resort, but it just doesn't compare to the real thing.

My favorite brand is Maesri, another authentic Thai company. I just learned that it also happens to be vegan. This product is not, fyi. It contains shrimp. I have used Maesri for many years, and LOVE it, but am no longer able to source it locally, which is why I turned to Amazon.

Compared to Maesri, this red curry interestingly has garlic as the first ingredient, rather than red chilis. There is also a less complex blend of spices, but the addition of shrimp. I'm interested to see how it compares.

This comes in a HUGE tub. I expected it to just be paste packed in...
