Michelle Rowley: I can't say anything about their other colors, but the red is horrible. What person with red hair has a bright red part in their hair? That what it does, colors the scalp and barely the hair. Also within 1 day, clean just washed hair is greasy looking, as these fibers are being combed through your style. It's a no for me on future purchases. I'll stick with hair thickness maximize brand.

Kelly H: This is a terrible product. I've been using Toppik for years and thought I'd try this based on reviews. It's definitely nowhere as good. It clumped up and ended up all over my bathroom. Even after using a setting spray. The clumps looked like lint you'd pull off your clothes. And I can't return it because this item isn't eligible for return.

Pamela F. Roeper: I was really excited about the reviews on this. I have severe anemia and a thyroid disorder that has caused me a great deal of hair loss. So my expectations were high. Verdict: It's not too bad, but no miracle. There is a bit of a learning curve in learning how to use it and distribute it evenly. I do think it helps my hair look and feel thicker. In a lot of ways it feels like a dry shampoo (and I wish it was in a spray form - would be easier). One thing I was pleased, and surprised, about was it didn't seem to rub off on any clothing or even my pillows at night (but then again I am not using a whole lot until I can get the consistency a bit more even). Just for a guideline: I have thin and fine hair, but not any clear bald patches.

Cat Lady: I'm amazed. I was "cautiously optimistic", but this product does really work. While I'm not sure the results could be quite as dramatic as the product image shows, Strand sufficiently masks smaller thinning spots of hair. The fibers are in a sort of powder form (which surprised me - I expected a spray), so it can be just a little messy and if you're not careful you can wind up with smudges on your face or clothes. But color matching was easy, coverage is moderate, and the effect, though temporary, lasts until the fibers are rubbed or washed out. (It does wear off if your scalp is oily or if you've been sweating - reapplication might be necessary.) Of course it's not a permanent solution, but it's enough to boost confidence for the day. I've purchased two already and I would recommend the product to anyone with smaller thinning spots.

Holly Ignatius: I've used several different types of hair fiber fillers over the years, and so far Xfusion is by far and away my favorite. But as they are relatively expensive, I'm always on the lookout for cheaper alternatives, so I thought I would give these a try.
Basically, they're not bad. They do seem to be thicker and more noticeable on your head, whereas the Xfusion fibers are a lot thinner and blend into your natural hairs better.
But depending on which section of your head you're trying to cover, these are still perfectly fine and I sometimes mix these with my Xfusion just to make them both last longer.
