Huckleberry: Easy to install. I bought a mount with double-sided tape so I didn't have to drill holes in my siding. Sometimes it doesn't record right away, but I still get notified and see who is coming to my door.

WashingtonWashington: Very happy with the Arlo wireless door bell! It sends me notifications as soon as someone walks in the vicinity of it, also taking a video and sound recording. So I am able to know who is at my door with out having to answering the door if I don’t want to. I can talk to anyone outside my door as well through the speaker. Best purchase I’ve made hands down.

Mathilde Gil-Simard: Can connect to google home or Alexa and say someone is at the door but doesn’t ring inside needs a chime (bought separately) still love it though since it’s wired free ! Needs a subscription to enjoy fully videos (but free 3 months trial with purchase)

D. Huffman: I can’t say enough about how well our Arlo products have performed for us. Our Google Nest doorbell quit after 2 years and I chose to replace it with Arlo doorbell and chime. The package arrived a day early. Installation and set up were very easy. There really aren’t any written directions because everything is done through easy to follow step by step instructions. I did have a question about the hardware and the pamphlet referred me to their support. It was a little difficult finding the answer I needed on the site but I did find the answer I needed. I saw in another review that people could not scan the QR code on the Arlo chime (purchased separately) and it is tiny. I took a photo of it, cropped it, airdropped it to my iPad and from there the chime picked it up easily. So far I love all of the features and the picture is great. Some people don’t like the optional support and cloud storage but I have it and it is well worth the price. Buy it. You will not regret it.

Darren Sawler: I have bought him three different types of cameras all the same Arlo they work great until it hits -20°C after that they don’t work anymore until they warm up again that’s the only downfall I have with it now I have to figure out how to subscribe to them You can’t through the app that I can find other than that they have a great picture when they’re working the floodlight one is awesome. I love the doorbell and my regular camera outback works very well but like I said up until about -20°C.

Seule ombre au tableau, j'aurais aimé que le site de Arlo nous avise que le "Chime 1" ne fonctionne qu'en ajoutant une base "Smart Hub" qui se détaille dans les 500$. Si on veut s'en passer on doit acheter le carillon "Chime 2" qui lui fonctionne directement avec le "Video Doorbell Wire-Free."

(Original Arlo Review 20 July 2021) I had thought the Prime deal with an Echo Show would overshadow the many (many) negative reviews. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Avoid the product. I was really wrong. On opening this product it seemed easy to set up. Within days I had noticed that the image quality was extremely poor. I have Xfinity and I removed basic devices like wifi printers, coffee makers and stuff to reduce crowding on the network's bandwidth. Still, poor quality on images. Contacting customer service was unhelpful at best. All of their responses were copy/pasted and I had a new representative for each email. Some even repeated the same questions. It felt like I was being ignored. My takeaway from this product below (my notepad):

✓ Easy to install. Basic parts, added wires if you do want to wire it too. Second angled plate in case your doorway needs it.
