I just sync up the app on my phone, weigh myself, and it tells me how much I changed from previous days. I had an issue and reached out to customer service and they were very responsive and resolved my issue. I love this scale so much and this company. If you’re wanting a scale to track your health and fitness journey, whether it’s losing weight or gaining muscle or whatever, this scale and app breaks down all of your information and logs it. If you need a scale and you’re considering this one just get it. You won’t regret it.

TheKetoGoddess: I've purchased enough scales in my lifetime to win an award {not a proud moment}. THIS is by far my absolute favorite, not because of the measurements since most scales have them. There is ONE feature that places this scale head and shoulders above the others - that feature is the ability to hire your weight, BMI, and BF reading while keeping your progress visible from a particular date. That way you get to stay out of your mind, and on your journey. 🤍

K. Brown: I really love this scale! Sync it to the app and you get all kinds of info besides your weight. And everytime you weigh thru the app, it keeps your progress and tells you instantly how long it will take to reach your weight and fat percentage goals. Dweaver: This works so much better than my old scale. It accurately reflects fat better than the old model.
All it's measurements in the app are very useful.
I am a slightly over weight 58 year old male who is excercising and working to get my weight down. So NOT an athlete and so far this has nailed what I am very accurately. I did take the time to do all the body measurements in the app though which likely helps it figure things out better.
My old scale consistently said I was 30% body fat and this one is reflecting the more accurate 23-24% I am actually at. It also is reflecting my muscle mass more accurately at 128lbs versus 118lbs on the old scale.
