Z: So with trying to find things to do during quarantine and wanting a decent board for a while I decided to pull the trigger on this one. It is overall a solid board. Giving it a 5 based on functionality and cost. (Likely overall give it a 4.5 but they don’t let you do that and nothing is inherently wrong with it) I will get into pros and cons along with some other thoughts for people in deciding if it’s the right board for you.

So overall, it has most of everything you could expect, wide variety of games, the ability to set certain options (double in single out, etc.), and I haven’t noticed anything like dead spots or darts failing to register. In terms of bounce outs, which I know people complain about with a lot of boards, I will say this, when it comes to soft tip boards, it’s just as much about your tips as your board. So for this board the generic ones that come with it are just fine, but more importantly if you are buying tips, then go with Vipers 2BA Tufflex Tips II. Those based on the thinner point diameter work very well with this board. I have yet to have a bounce out with these or the ones that came with. A middle ground would be something like Wolftop 2BA...

davek: This board is very nice. Throwing league on bar boards and playing with this board feel and sound very similar. I haven't dove into all the features with the board yet, but the overall appearance and dart stick is very good, beyond my expectations. I noticed right away a little vibration with just using the mounting screws so I put a bead of liquid nails around the whole board and firmed it up completely. I love the 50 point all over bull, makes for not being annoyed everytime you play 01. I will have to agree with most reviews that whoever is shipping these is taking quite the gamble with the shipping method, but mine showed up with only 1 tire track across it and it pulled out of the box and was ready to play. Darts that come with are fine if you have buddies come over, but you're throwing your own anyway so who cares. This does tell you your PPD after the round, but it doesn't store the information for later. You will have to get a excel sheet going and do the math yourself. If you're looking for a board to have at the house this is a great board. I'm sure the higher series boards have a couple more features, but the reason I got this was for the 50 pt bull. Dave: I play in a dart league, and was looking for a dart board that was as similar to the league boards as possible. Most boards are made of plastic, and the holes are small so the darts bounce out a lot. This board has the same nylon face (and even the same colors) as the league boards at the bars. I've been playing on it for about 2 weeks now and the darts bounce out at about the same rate that they do on the bar boards. There's a lot of games to choose from, but we pretty much stick to the cricket and 01 games. The darts that the board comes with are actually not terrible, but I feel like if you're going to spend $150 on a board, you should probably have a nice set. I build a wood frame with a felt back to house the board, so I could run the cord through the back of the wall, as well as mounted some lights and a laser toe line to finish it off.

The only issue was that it was shipped not in a packing box, but in the manufacturer's box with no type of protection. The first one I received was a little beat up on the outside, but everything inside the box LOOKED alright, until I plugged it in and there was no sound. Chrissa M: I really like the dart board--it has lots of games, it's easy to use, and the darts seem to stick better than my old board with round holes (I use my own darts, not the ones that came with the board). There are two reasons I haven't given this board a 5 star rating. 1) There isn't a way to adjust the volume, only a mute button. The default volume is really loud. 2) The display is nice and large so you don't have to squint to read the scoreboard but it's tough to see in the day light (my board is in the garage so it gets lots of natural light) but when the volume is muted, it's hard to tell if and when your turn is finished. For instance, if you threw a dart that bounced out, the board doesn't tell you whether it registered or not.

With all that being said, it's still a really nice board and I'm sure I'll get used to the display. I've taped over the speaker with duct tape so that you can still hear the call-outs but it's not so loud that my neighbor can hear.
