MCSMCS: my only issue with these flower boxes is that they are a bit too small and the arm bends. This time around I put less dirt, but with all the rain they are still heavy. for my last order, I had to screw them into the railing.
But they age nicely and look good when hanging.

Sandra ChladniSandra Chladni: Bought this for outside my kitchen window! Looks very pretty but I can’t reach it well as my bilco doors are right underneath so it’s hard to get to. Installation was challenging. We had to make some cuts on the planter itself and anchor it well plus use some duck tape to keep bugs from coming in! Now that it’s up to speed I am happy with it

MB: We purchased our second railing planter almost a year to the date of the first one and there's no color difference between the old one and the new one (both white). Impressive, considering the first one has been exposed to the elements for an entire year. Also, they fixed the sticky label issue! I was prepared with the Goo Gone but it wasn't necessary this time. The labels peeled right off, leaving no residue. As others have observed, sometimes the pins creep up, especially the center one. But the planter still seems pretty secure on the railing.

Satisfied/Unsatisfied customer: Love everything about this except two things that have been mentioned in other reviews.
Missing parts...I can't hang one of the planter boxes up (I got three) due to missing pegs to secure the hanging bracket.
The sticker with the instructions, seriously! why do you use something that you can't get off? I don't care that it stayed on the part inside that is buried in dirt, but I didn't want it on the bracket that holds the planter on the railing. It took forever to get it off and I had to try several different things, Finally it came off with Goo by Gone. And why put the instructions on something that has to be torn off, ending up in many little pieces due to the stickiness. Just stick a 3x5 card in the package with the instructions on it.
Good thing they were easy to put together.
