It keeps drinks icy cold on setting 5 i dont even have to put it up to 7 so the little hum that it makes (that all refrigerators are going to make) usually turns itself off anyway. Very Happy.

87658765: We bought this because we needed a narrow fridge, this was one of the most narrow fridge options. As you can tell by your picture we need to fit it between the wall and our sofa. It fit perfectly and the height is perfect also for your traditional sofa, so I can serve as a table top for beverages. Additionally, it is very quiet and I sit next to it every night, and it only comes on periodically, of course to cool the fridge but it's otherwise super quiet and there's not much heat that comes off of it. The beverages inside are essentially as cold as possibly can be, we had the temperature set to 32°F and any colder than this. They would be turning to ice. We are just one weekend to ownership. I'll report more if there's any concern about quality or defects.

Crista S. Forest: This seems like an excellent beverage fridge so far. I put in a separate thermostat and it is, so far, reading the same as the temp setting. I'm not sure what the noise complaints are about. Yes, you can hear it. It's not silent. But it's pretty quiet. No noisier than my main fridge, or my previous mini fridge. I also don't understand the complaints about the sides getting hot. Do you understand science? You put warm objects in a device that makes them cool. That device has to send that warmth somewhere. This cooler is designed to pull heat from the air inside, and the things you put inside, and remove that heat. What do you expect it to do with that heat? It has to go somewhere. It is designed to dissipate that heat out of the side walls. A little Googling would explain to you that this is perfectly normal for a fridge, especially when first starting or loading it. You cannot remove heat without creating heat. If you can't understand that basic concept, you need to go back and take High School Science 101. Heat on the sides does NOT mean the fridge is defective. It is necessary for cooling what's inside. It cools down once it reaches the set temperature. it's...

LeopardLoveLeopardLove: I was looking for a very specific wine cooler. I wanted one that was a similar height and depth as my cabinets and allowed for bottles to be stored on the side as well as standing (for the ones that are opened an not finished as I haven’t been able to find wine stoppers that don’t leak). I also wanted to purchase within a certain price point and this one fit the criteria.

The Pros: nice size, keeps the set temperature, allows for standing bottles (I removed 2 shelves), and an almost perfect fit. I’ve read reviews about the buttons not working but I believe people just didn’t understand the instructions and don’t know how to work it. You have to hold the lightbulb button before any function. For example, if you want to turn the light on, you hold the button til you hear the beep, the temp will flash, and then you press the bulb again and the blue light will be on. Same thing when you want to change the temp. Hold the light bulb til you hear the beep, the temp will flash, and then press the up or down arrow until you reach the desired temperature. The design is very sleek and I love the blue light.
