Laura B-P: Let me first start by saying I’ve purchased 3 of these power cubes the first 2 I’ve had no issues with and they’re perfect for under our beds to charge all our electronics overnight (phone, pad, etc.). I did have issues with one that I purchased in Dec 22. It was outside of Amazon’s return period, however it was still under warranty so I reached out to Anker directly and within 3-days I had a replacement. I submitted my initial email on May 8th, the replacement was received May 11th! Now that’s what I call EXCELLENT customer service! It was a different model but serves the purpose I desire. Tonight I received a follow up email from them asking how the replacement was working, WOW! I will definitely continue to be a customer of Anker’s from here on out. Thank you for going above and beyond and standing behind your products!
