Andersen Tribeca Gliding Door Thumb Latch - Style and Security Combined

Borisgoodenough: I feel silly writing a review of this latch; if you need a replacement for your Anderson door, this is the one you'll have to buy. But I'll note that our door gets frequent use, and this is the third latch we've had in the last six or seven years; both other times, the metal shaft of the handle has snapped in the same place. Make sure to adjust your wall plate for the least possible stress on the handle when you're opening and closing the latch!

Lumpy: Our old door latch had been failing incrementally for some time. I bought this replacement over a year ago. The old latch gave up the ghost this evening around dinner time. The latch removal and the new latch installation took less than five minutes.

gary assassin: My glass sliding door is about 18 years old, but the lock was very loose for a few years now. I lived with it but decided to finally replace it. I thought I needed the entire latch mechanism and was ready to replace it when I came across the lock latch which is much cheaper. This is all I need as the latch infrastructure was fine. This is an OEM part so no issue with fitting. Now the annoying loose lock latch is a thing of the past.

Ray Stivala: I installed it in about 5 minutes. Some pictures don't show the pin. This has the pin and you unscrew the old one and slide the new on in then tighten the screws. Very simple also you may need to remove the old parts first which was also easy.

今回は、こちらで購入し、自分で交換しました。アンロック、ドア開の状態で差し込む向き(写真参照願います)さえ間違えなければ簡単です。
