I read that a rebounder would be helpful for circulation issues so I immediately ordered. I was not disappointed. My rebounder trampoline arrived within a couple of days. It was easy to assemble and has really helped me with my leg pain. I use it a few minutes a day, sometimes multiple times and it's not only helpful, but fun. It's very sturdy. I highly recommend!

This thing is awesome. I have Lyme and it wasn’t easy to set it up alone but I did it. I was amazed at how quickly it brought my HR up and i did feel like I got things moving in my lymph etc. I’ve been so fatigued I cannot walk much so this is nice to jump a little, rest, then get back in when I am ready from the comfort of my own home. This brand was recommended by Sarah Panther and I’m glad she did! Seems sturdy and well made. Will be a great tool in my healing box. Thank you.

Easy to assemble, extremely difficult to disassemble. The black cover slips off so frequently that I just gave up on it. I use it a lot...so far no structural issues.

Love this, I am currently running About 45 to 50 minutes a day on mine. It's not too noisy, a little spring noise, but nothing horrible. I would recommend it!

I forgot what a great workout it is for your core. I did a 30 minute mini-trampoline youtube workout the day I received it and the next day my stomach muscles definitely felt the burn...in a great way. Tons of workouts on youtube, from 10 mins to an hour. It is a fun and effective way to work out. There are so many health benefits too. Small investment, big pay off!
