Great basic trampoline for daily fitness. I'm using mine to aid in lymphatic drainage, and so far, I feel amazing! (My kids love it too, and ask to jump on it all the time...ha!) Easy to set up, and it fits under my bed when I'm not using it. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

This is a lifesaver for us. My son is 5 and very active. He jumps twice a day for 30-45 minutes while listening to his favorite music from Alexa:) I highly recommend this trampoline. It is say for any child above 3 y.o. because the base is broad and the fact that there is no a hanger in the middle it give kids more space for jumping.

I bought this months ago and it's still as great as when I first bought it. Great for adults as well as kids! It can hold a lot of weight and is sturdy. I'm an adult and use it for indoor exercise and even to watch TV.
