dutchie 66: I love mushrooms and I loved this soup. I don't know why it is not carried in grocery stores. Great to eat as soup or use in sauces.

Indigo Violet: There are 3 Amy’s soups that I like & this is one of them. It’s very versatile, imho. I usually add some things - mushrooms, shredded carrot, something green. Sometimes add some br rice or millet, quinoa, whatever is in the fridge. A little extra turmeric and/or coconut flakes. Very versatile. But good as is, too! lol

Stephen Dias: It's good. Not great. The flavor is lacking... Something. It's a little pricey for what you get. But it serves a purpose. Every now and again you just want something simple and familiar but doesn't contain animal products and this fits the bill. Will buy again but the price should go down a bit and the flavor up a bit.
